Finance & Accounts Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager with expertise in the Property Management or Real Estate industries to oversee accounts & controls, reporting & analysis, team management, and regulatory compliance in KSA.

Job Responsibility:

• Manage finance and accounts functions, focusing on accounts & controls and regulatory compliance in KSA.
• Lead a team of over 10 staff members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Supervise reporting & analysis tasks to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
• Utilize ERP system knowledge, preferably with Yardi experience.
• Establish a team from recruitment and effectively train team members.
• Maintain strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Handle VAT, ZATCA, and other regulatory requirements efficiently.

• Proven experience in Finance Manager/Accounts & Control Manager roles in Property Management, Real Estate, or similar industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team management experience in a finance/accounting setting.
• Familiarity with VAT, ZATCA, and other regulatory requirements in KSA.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

System Knowledge: Candidate should have ERP system experience. Experience in Yardi will be an added advantage.
