الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee accounting operations, AP/AR, collections, and cash flow management.
- Drive tenant receivables, Support leasing and marketing teams with financial KPIs and performance analytics.
- Develop internal controls, SOPs, and compliance policies aligned with KSA regulatory standards.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for the stakeholders
- Lead ERP implementation (Yardi) and financial digitization strategy.
- Liaise with banks for working capital
- Oversee taxation, ZATCA compliance, zakat, and VAT filings.
- Build and lead a local finance team including accountants and analysts
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for both assets.
- Other adhoc tasks as needed
المهارات
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or FMVA preferred.
- Proven track record managing multi-asset portfolios or large-scale developments.
- Deep knowledge of KSA regulations including VAT, Zakat, and real estate accounting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with leasing, operations, owners and external auditors.
- Experience in ERP systems (Yardi is preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
